Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you receive a hat that is defective or different from the one you ordered, we offer the option of returning it under the following conditions:
✅ Cases in which refunds apply:
• The product has manufacturing defects.
• A different model than the one requested in your order was received.
❌ Cases in which returns DO NOT apply:
• Change of mind or taste.
• Error in the customer's choice of size, color, or style.
• Products purchased at a discount or promotion.
• Products used or without their original packaging.
Requirements to request a refund:
• Notify the official email or customer service channel within 5 business days of receiving the product, including your order number and photographic evidence to support your case.
• The hat must be unused , in perfect condition , with all its tags and in the same original box or packaging .
Process:
1. Email us at mianmochmx@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and proof of the problem.
2. We will evaluate your case within a period of no more than 2 business days.
3. If the return is eligible, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label so you can return the product free of charge.
4. Once received and verified, we will issue the corresponding refund or send a replacement if required.
Refund options:
• Full refund to the same payment method used.
• Option to receive in-store credit if you prefer.
